2-cylinder compressor

A two-cylinder compressor utilizes a dual-cylinder design, achieving continuous gas compression through the alternating motion of two pistons. During operation, the crankshaft drives the connecting rod, causing the pistons to reciprocate, resulting in periodic volume changes within the cylinders, completing the intake, compression, and exhaust processes. This type of compressor typically offers high volumetric efficiency and smooth operation, making it suitable for small and medium-sized refrigeration or air compression systems. They often utilize a combination of forced lubrication and air cooling to control operating temperatures and extend service life. Motors of varying power or variable frequency drive solutions can be matched to specific needs.
